Online
gamers not wanting to do purely on skill to outplay challengers now have a
cheat-friendly Xbox 360 controller to add to their weapons.
Turbo Fire EVO Wireless Controller with LCD Display |
U.K. based video game accessory maker Datel
introduces the Turbo Fire EVO Wireless packs, which is a 1.7-inch LCD display that
will give us the power to control and customize our game mode, much more easier
to fine-tune settings during game play.
The controller's LCD display is
not touch-enabled but flicking the buttons on the underside of the device
allows gamers to flip through custom profiles and change various settings
displayed on the controller's screen using the analog sticks and trigger buttons.
Amongst the customizable
options available at the push of a button is the ability to control the speed the
camera pan, adjust the rapid fire rate, map combo sequences to a particular
button, remap button layouts on the fly, activate "sniper mode", alter
the vibration of the controller's two rumble motors, and swap the analogue
sticks around if you're a lefty.
The controller can also connect to a PC via
USB to download and customize profiles for various games. This also includes a
headset port for Xbox live play. It requires 2 x AA batteries and accepts the
same standard rechargeable battery packs used on Microsoft's own controllers.
